I originaly downloaded this from http://www.demonoid.com/files/details/1690830/3593402/ so he deserves most of the credit.
The torrent had m4a as the format for the files which I don't particualrly care for (It alot of other stuff too e.g. burned images of the discs). I like mp3s and I figured alot of other people are like me in that respect so I thought I would upload what I did.
I put alot of time & effort into this(not as much as Donleavy and the Discworld series mind you) simply because I love the book.
What I did first was to convert the files from m4a's to mp3. Next I fixed the id tags and properly named all the files. Then I listened to the whole book and if I found skips in the tracks(not that there where many). I took the other copy of this audio book I have, found the relevent part in the file and cut it from the mp3 and replaced the skipping track with it.
I shouldn't have to tell you this is a long book(@ 893MB its about 32 and a half hours long), but this is one of my favorites and I wanted a flawless copy of this audio book. Besides, to do all that work and have only myself to enjoy it seems wrong to me. And since I can't seem to pawn this book off on my friends this is the only way I can share this with anyone. And you people will probably appriciate it more than anyone I know.
Added some various book covers & some extra stuff too.
So here you go.
Enjoy!

Book Info:
The book is set in an alternate 19th-century Britain, during the Napoleonic Wars. The story is based on the premise of magic returning to England after hundreds of years of desuetude, and the tumultuous relationship between two magicians of the time. It incorporates historical events and people into its fictional alternate reality. Historical figures encountered in the novel include the Duke of Wellington, Lord Byron and King George III. The novel, written in a pastiche of Jane Austen and Charles Dickens' literary styles, uses quasi-archaic spelling for several words (such as shew, chuse, sopha, scissars, headach, and surprize) and gives all street names hyphenated with only one capital letter (e.g. Regent-street, Hanover-square).
The book is interspersed with footnotes which reference a number of fictional books including magical scholarship and biographies, and which provide a detailed backstory. Many pages of the book contain more footnote text than main body text. The book features several illustrations by Portia Rosenberg.
