"Uncensored?"
Yes -- you will notice a distinct difference in the first verse of the first song. When I first got the home video in the early 90's, my ears were assaulted when that verse, presumably for PC or sensitivity reasons, had been re-dubbed over by what sounds like the nightshift janitor who happened to be in the recording studio when the powers-that-be handed down this decision, in their infinite "wisdom".
As I'd listened to the soundtrack dozens of times, the difference was easy for me to spot. I had to play the CD back to members of my family to convince them, though. They agreed that the change sounded essentially like fingernails on a chalkboard.

For years this clumsy censorship annoyed the piss out of me, and I always had high hopes that with the DVD release, we might be able to hear the original version again. No such luck!

Well, with the magic of DVD rips, the original CD soundtrack, and audacity audio editor, I've now thrown together a re-uncensored version for your enjoyment. The edit isn't absolutely perfect (the audio mix from the soundtrack CD seems to be just slightly different from the mix on the actual movie track), but I've tweaked it as far as I can and it seems pretty decent. I have included sample snippets of the original uncensored audio, as well as the censored version (i.e. the original DVD audio) for you to compare.
