Each episode will be crammed with lots of nutritional tips as Gillian pushes her skills to the limits with shocking demonstrations of the dastardly effects of our dietary habits.

This Episode:

This weeks houseguests are sisters 41-year-old Lynne from Solihull and 39-year-old Mandy from Gwent.
15 stone, Mandy, and her sister Lynne, who tips the scales at just under 14 stone, come from a fat family. Now, they both have young children and their bad habits are ruining not only their own lives but their daughters too. These sizeable sisters are aware of their problem but not enough to change their wicked ways. They need to shape up pronto before their young daughters are consigned to the same fatty fate as their mums.

Lynne's daughter Charlotte is only 11 and already overshadows her classmates and her 10-year-old cousin Katie is catching up fast. Both girls are already unhappy about their weight and are beginning to feel the burden of their extra pounds.
Both Mandy and Lynne drink gallons of coffee and love starchy foods such as pasta, white rice, potatoes and bread. Where as Mandy skips meals in the day only to make up for it in the evening down at the local pub, Lynne thinks she eats healthily but still consumes double the amount of calories she should.

Mandy and Lynne have a host of aliments between them and suffer from weak knees, having both injured their knees in unrelated accidents. Their doctors have told them they could face their futures in a wheelchair if they don't shift some weight.

Gillian despairs of both sisters and doesn't know who's worse, but she does know they both need a serious kick up the'bahookie', not only got their sake, but their daughter's too. A few days living life chez McKeith should be just the kick-start they need.
