Note: Back up your file or you change a critical game file and wind up having to do a reinstall.

Locate the config.* file in the Singles 2 directory and open it with a text editor like Notepad. Locate the text string with moneystartstory under the game section and you can edit the starting amounts for all new (non-loaded) games.
