This performance in the Ethel Barrymore Theater on New York's "Great White Way" was to be the seventh in a string of ten dates. Due to a strike by local theater stage hands, this recording is the last performance Duran Duran were able to make on Broadway. Of the remaining shows, one was canceled, and the other two moved to the Roseland Ballroom.

The first act of the performance is the band's new album, Red Carpet Massacre, played in it's entirety and in order, followed by an intermission. The second act of the performance had Simon, Nick, John and Rodger lined up at the front of the stage to perform an 'Electro' set with a nod to Kraftwerk. The third act goes directly into numerous hits from the band's vast historical catalogue.
