I\'ve got a few other CD\'s like it and of which some are good and some are not.rnI tried this out when I was having a late afternoon rest, I was about to get one of my famous(!) tension headaches and had just received this CD in the mail so thought I\'d try it out...I almost fell asleep - I think I could have if it wasn\'t for the fact that someone got home and started talking to me when I was laying down listening to it!rnrnThe first track of the CD gives you that calm feeling, then the second track starts with a little bit more happiness and you can feel that it is sort of starting to energize you a bit. Track 3 increases that feeling even further, not as much happiness anymore but a little quicker tempo and energizing.rnNo 4 starts over again a little like the first track did - more soothing and the tempo is quite slow. No stress. No 5 begins silently and then increases the intensity, volume wise. Also that energizing type of music that you can apply to your mindwalk, if you\'re doing one that is...You know re-filling you with light and strength! The volume comes to a set level at the middle of this track which is a very nice track..rnrnThen track six kick-starts you a bit with some nice drums, base...continues with other instruments that even the intensity out a bit, compared to the drums in the beginning.
