In keeping with the original goal of all episodes fitting on 2 dvd's, I gave more thought to file size.

The first 25 episodes received a small bump in bitrate.

In the source material, by far the largest file sizes were among the final 24 episodes. As such, the final 24 encodes received slightly more.

I took advantage of Ep 49 being thirty seconds shorter, and provided even more bitrate to Ep 48 instead, which needed it most.

In short:
-Episodes 01-25 = 4.25GB
-Episodes 26-49 = 4.25GB

--v2 = ref 16, b-adapt 2, video bitrate 890 (1-25), 930 (1-47, 49), 955 (48)
--v1 = ref 12, b-adapt 1, video bitrate 880
---nero audio encode quality based setting q=.40 (vs. .41 in original) - saved a few bits better used on video.

Final note: There is overall improvement, but I'll admit it's marginal. If you have already downloaded the original version, you might want to cherry pick only the repaired episodes. Though I hope you'll want a matching set. Either way ... enjoy.
