To sum it up, I came across an old post that contained a "Wog-Suite". I looked into it and liked the idea. However, the suite was outdated. So, I updated it. Getting the menu was a little difficult at first. To prevent future problems with the menu, I included the menu source code. It can be compiled with AutoIt.

NOTES: It would be cool to get a better looking menu icon. If you know how to make one and have the skill, please do so and put a link to the image and ico files in a reply.

To install: Run the exe and extract to the root of your USB drive. Launch the menu. Upon insertion of the USB drive, it should automatically start the menu. From the looks of it, the only supported platforms for this suite is Windows 2000 through Windows Vista. I have only tested this on Windows XP.
