1) Créer un raccourci du fichier LauncherGTAIV.exe;
2) Faire Propriétés sur ce raccourci;
3) Dans la partie "Cible" ajouter ceci après le chemin vers le fichier (après les guillemets): -norestrictions -nomemrestrict.

Je l'ai tester et aucun bug après....
