In the United States of America, for some time there have been leaks of government classified data, such as military covert guidelines, or even engineering plans for the President of the United State's own military transportation vehicles, via peer to peer file sharing networks. With the ignorance of having that same data on a computer which also has a file sharing application installed, the Congress is now set to enact a new type of enforcement on government machines.
